Koni Shocks

We build our coilovers around some of the best shocks you can get for your money - KONI.

Specifically, we use the KONI 8611 RACE series, offered through the KONI Motorsports division. This is a true double adjustable shock with independent compression and rebound adjustment. The full technical details of the 8611 RACE series are on page 10 of the KONI Motorsports Catalog (PDF). We also offer the 8610 RACE series which is a single adjustable shock, offering rebound adjustment only. The rebound damping on the 8610 is identical to the 8611.


On the 8611, compression adjustment is at the bottom of the shock and offers 12 distinct detents - "clicks" - with a positive stop at the upper and lower limits of adjustment. Rebound on both the 8611 and 8610 is at the top of the shock and offers about 2 1/2 full turns of adjustment with a positive stop at the upper and lower limits of adjustment.
